Sevilla Kekliktepe, developed by Sevkon Construction, is a premium residential project in Urla, featuring 32 luxury detached villas on 81.5 decares. Each villa offers 1,845 - 2,970 m² of private land, a 44 m² pool house, and a 40 m² swimming pool. The exterior incorporates Finnish pine thermo wood and natural facing brick for a sophisticated, durable design.

Previously owned by Trio Holding A.Ş. and sold in 2018, Ramada Plaza Izmir was a 205-room business hotel in Basmane, serving as a preferred accommodation for trade fairs and corporate events. The hotel featured buffet and à la carte dining options, catering to a diverse clientele.
